Feliz Aniversario!!

Ho la Coma esta?
Its been almost a year since i last wrote but only 5 months since discovering a ray of Colombian Sunshine! My love, best friend, laughter and fun! Iv learnt to live again, to feel free, breath and smile on the inside of me!

Daniel Varela has pushed me beyond my comfort zone of feeling safe but taking me to new heights of adventure risking it all for all i could ever dreamed of! I love him so much to the point of not feeling scared should i loose this ray of sunshine to someone else. He has and is adding so much to my life that nothing can be of regret but instead all that has been said, seen loved, held is all an addition.

My heart explodes with love after previously being held captive with a wall of my past. Varela a vessel unto God to me has melted my heart into what it is today.. a pulsating vulnerable open to love heartbeat!

Its different him and I, theres no need to feel needy or insecure but instead to be strong and know that i am loved, to stand alongside him to move forward and achieve the purposes of life and our mandate...being salt and light to the world unknown. God being the centre and focus, reason and passion regardless of our days.

One small step...

 

Can change a life in just a day!

 

A typical Amalie moment yet with purpose as I chose to be selfless for someone else’s gain. I’m hungry for influence it saddens me when boredom sets in and all I do is just for convenience/ self gain. I want to change a life, a country, a nation, the world but how?

 

Yesterday it started with buying a Costa coffee, what initially started out as a moment of self turned into a moment of sharing, investing into someone else’s day. A really sad, tired and despondent looking homeless man walked past me minding his own business, whilst I was about to take a second sip of my flat white with caramel syrup. Scoffing his feet along walking by I see him and can’t help but think he needs a pick me up, a coffee! My coffee!? But I want it for me. But He needs it for his day! One shot of coffee picks you up helps you smile gives you the energy to see things differently, it wakens you up to life and its possibilities, yes maybe only temporarily but a few moments of different thinking could create steps towards a life time of change.

 

One single shot of coffee from me to Him could be what he just needed to help him view his world in a different light so as to make a change for the better. All he had was a coffee but it could’ve made him feel worth a million pounds.

Its all in the detail!! So I've had this M&S on sale £15 laptop bag, which I've turned into an every day bag, since Feb, when a very stylish girl came up to me commenting on how fabulous it was.

My world...

Ah I'm drawing again, the surge of energy I'm feeling whilst creating is amazing! An outlet of pent up frustrations from all that doesn't seem to be working out instead creates a master piece, something i have control over. My life might not be my own but my canvas is my world to control and manipulate lines, colour's, shadows according to what I see and feel. Its me on this canvas of mine, an identity no one can copy, only follow, as I add to society my piece of the puzzle...Psalm 139
